If you're going to have it, enforce it. Right? I mean, there are people, CLEARLY under 13, roaming through sections where they AREN'T ALLOWED, without any penalty! Maturity comes with age. And these people >13 OBVIOUSLY don't have a whole lot of it. Isn't there a way to take away permissions from people under a certain age??

Most BS lie. Maturity comes on how well you can behave in a public situation, not depending on your age. Me (a 15 year old) is more mature than my 21 year old brother. Why? Because I can use proper etiquette when needed.

But you can hopefully agree that people >13 are NOT mature.

For the most part, maturity has nothing to do with age. So how about instead of just going around saying "you're under 13, gtfo", we nurture them and teach them how to act properly..

It's just, I'm getting sick of all these under age users and their blatant disregard for rules. If they're 12, and cant come for a year, why should we feel bad?? It should be like, oh well seeya later.
