"I have no idea what this place is." He said.
"And aren't you atleast a little bit surprised that I'm a cat?"

Haingi turns to Nate. "Why, of course not! I've met a giant black squirrel who claims to be from Mobius, a couple Pokemon, a human-sized turtle who called himself a Koopa, some sort of man-snail with swords coming out of his shell, a few hedgehogs and echidnas from Sonic's world, and multiple other large and deformed animals. So no, we aren't surprised."

"Hmmm..." he replied. "I thought that kind of stuff only happened in video games."

"Nope" Batt says. "At least you aren't a Pokemon. I met a few of those too..."

(Batt refers to Todd and Alex, Joat's Pokemon characters.)

"Wow. I'm guessing this is a training camp of some sort. I also guess there are going to be a variety of different campers. This could be a great learning experience." He responded.

Z.Z. steps out to greet everyone. "Hello." She says before running off to her Nurse's station again.

Nate scratches his ear. "Well, that was odd." He said bluntly.

Kevin steps out from behind a tree in the forest, with a pile of green berries in his hand, eating them slowly. Watching the newcomers, and the counselers all the same. "What was odd?" He asks, now behind Nate.

"Okay, I think the nurse might need to come out again." Nate said, eyeing Kevin warily.

"How many of those did you eat?" Hinaru asks Kevin.

"Judging by the slightly green hue of his face... too many." Nate said sarcastically.

Kevin eyed Nate strangely, and blankly. Still eating the green berries, now very quickly, dropping one here or there. After about a minute of staring, he finally says, "Erm..What are you ta-" "Oh, The berries?" "Been eatin' them for ages." "No need for the nurse, whoever that is." He said, eating the berries, and offering some to Nate, looking perfectly normal and fine.
"Anyways, I'll be your ranged weapons teacher." "Feel free to consult me about anything of that subject, or anything else that might concern you about this camp place."

"Darn it!" Nate said, disappointed. Kevin hadn't gone for his trick.
"Uhh, I think I'll pass. I'm not immune to... poisonous-type things yet." Nate said, politely declining the offer.

Batt looks at Nate. "And that, my friend in a way is controlling another's character. Who says his face is green?" Batt explains. "Z.Z.! You'd better come back out just to make sure..."

Z.Z. comes back out with a curious look on her face. "Yes sir?" she asks.
