broken loading?

broken loading?

When I try to open SSF2 v0.9b 1978 the loading screen shows and says the %(smashball)Loading...
When I first downloaded the game i was able to play fine the first time...then I renamed the game to New SSF2 and closed it because I was lagging...When I reopened it the loading screen said "%(smashball)Loading..." and I tried to open another version of SSF2 then the same thing happened this is what the loading screen looked like...
