What harsh dreams? You mean nightmares? And Im pretty sure they are bringing back 1 or 2 stages from each game. Chemical Plant is from Sonic 2.

Some stages will be as downloadable content,like Casino Nght.
So Emerald Coast might be as downloadable content.
