All they need to do to Metaknight is remove the transcendent priority off most of his moves, if not all of them, the ability to have all his attacks go through opponents attacks really isnt fair.
They could probably keep a few moves with them, like maybe his specials or something... That is the MAIN reason why he's so godly. Plus his attacks are so blazing fast you can never dodge or shield (unless you get lucky, or if it's his f-smash) in time.
