yeah because an unlicensed fan made remake of a company's game is totally the same thing as a big name developer legally using a character in their all-star fighting game

ROB has importance to Nintendo's history. Rhythm Heaven has three games, and the only recurring character looks like this.

I have never played Rythm Heaven, so what this character does?
Can it be adapted like WFT?

But R.O.B. is a freakin' robot! Until Mega Man, there was never a playable robot character is Smash Bros.

I would like if Sora to get in smash bros. as well, but he considered by some to be a playstation character who would be a good choice for all stars.

Technically, R.O.B. exists within the games as well as an actual robot. Gyromite, for eaxmple, actually has a plot: Professot Hector created R.O.B. to assist the player so he can help him (the player controls Hector and gives R.O.B. commands to move the gyros from place to place) to navigate a maze-like structure filled with monstrous enemies called Smicks and deactivate the dynamite that threatens Hector's life. In Kirby's Dream Land 3, there's a mission where Kirby is asked by Professor Hector himself to find the pieces of his creation, R.O.B., so he can assemble it again. In Mario Kart DS, R.O.B. is a playable character, it also show emotions: it cheers if he wins, it griefs if it loses.

As you can see, R.O.B. is an actual robot within the game he appears.

There is also a R.O.B. in star fox that is based off of the R.O.B.
