Appearance: Anda wears a panda-like beanie cap on his head, it being white with black bear ears coming from the sides at an upwards angle. his face is round and his eyes are blue, black circles much like those you would see on a panda circling them. His hair is black and slightly wavy, and slightly long, though not shoulder-length. He wears a long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves and top of the chest area being black and everything under being white. His pants are simple blue jeans, having two large beltloops that holster a white tonfa each. He wears simple sneakers with a black and white color scheme, the rubber at the bottom being black along with the laces and the metal loops holding them and the reast being white. In cold weather he wears a black jacket with a white, completely capitalized word on the front; Panda. He als seems to wear a dark-green scarf if he simply feels like it. Just fine.

Personality: He seems very easy-going, not really caring what comes his way. When he fights he usually does it with a playfully competitive additude, unless you somehow make him really angry, in which case he's, well, really angry. He's quite easily amazed, but if something doesn't look cool he usually gets bored. Around sugar, he does anything to get it, and once he takes extreme doses of it he's extremely hyper. He's not very dramatic, and wouldn't tell his name to someone who tried, and failed, to beat him up. Interesting.

Abilities: Anda has the ability to jump extremely high, and even do a 'double-jump' of sorts-in fact, he can do SEVERAL jumps without touching the ground as he litterally jumps on air. This is a result of his legs being incredibly strong, as well as having special air pumps built into his legs that build all the air into his feet waiting for him to release it. The pumps can take in a full amount of air in half a second, so having to wait before preforming attacks is no obstacle unsless the enemy is extremely fast. Using this he can also push air away from himself to attack from a distance. Other than this, he is quite skilled with the tonfa he uses.I'd put this in 3 different categories: powers, Abilities, .

Weaknesses: He is unexplainably extremely afraid of cages, and even having one near him can cause him to freeze up in fear. Also, if he damages his legs using non-tonfa based attacks will often cause said leg to bleed, and be injured further. Interesting, you probaly should state what material these tonfas are made of, and how durable Anda's leg is. .
