Hey I haven't watched Luffy's reveal videos or anything so I don't know his moveset, but is there many moves that would be considered major spoilers for the Anime? I'm going to start One Piece in a week and I hate spoilers.

Perhaps, op was the wrong term.
By the looks of it, it's overly effective and nearly hard to avoid. But maybe that's how the devs made him, idk

It's not. The video that you're referring to, the hitbox hit the tip of Yoshi's nose when it was extended and he retracted back into place causing it to look disjointed when it is in fact not. When people play the video frame by frame it's obvious where Yoshi's face was going to be, but the game changes the animation the frame that the hit makes contact, NOT the frame after, so you can't see the frame of double jump that would have collided with Luffy's feet.

Luffy, as well as the other new characters I feel is going to be absurdly broken. Why? The characters already in the game have been known to pull s***, and have been nerfed accordingly. But since we have NO idea as to how powerful the new characters will be in professional play, I say that every single new character, Luffy included, will be absurdly broken until the first patch beta receives.
Well, at least that's what I think.
