How do I make bullet points on my iPod or phone?

1.Tap the "123" button on the iphone/ipad keyboard then tap the symbols button (#+=) and there should be a symbol like this:

I know that sound still comes out. Does this mean the white one's sounds come out the red one's speakers? I wanna know this because my TV fails on one speaker really badly.

You have to install open office or any other document editing app.
