You, sir, are an idiot. First off, it won't change a goddamn thing. It won't. Idiots are still going to break the rules, no going around that. Secondly, Cleod is trying to maintain a somewhat professional outlook for the forum, "how not to get banned" kinda breaks that. It's like calling this section the "use ur brain to halp us" section.
