I always just assumed it was part of the uniform, along with the cloak. You get it once you become an akatsuki member. And Obito turning good isn't far fetched AT ALL. shikamaru is a badass and smokes which makes him even more badass
deidara was kind of cool but his character wasn't really expanded enough upon
kisame is a f*** shark so 100000 points to him
suigetsu is also a badass because his characterization was done very well, probably the best out of all of Taka
