In the arrivals and departures section, once a topic is 2 weeks old could it be locked? It serves no useful purpose afterwards and means no one can get in trouble there for mega-bumping

What if a lot of people (over the course of 2 weeks) still are welcoming. Sure it hasn't been done, but there are possibilities. And even then, why even bother the mawd sqwad?

There's currently nothing made yet for phpBB3 that does this on a forum specific level (unfortantely)
The best I can find are these: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 2&t=845135 http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 9&t=912205 But the first one has scripts that won't work without being run manually, or having someone post. Auto-pruning enabled for the Arrivals/Departures. The section will auto-prune once a week, removing topics older than 14 days old.
