I think your outlines should be a little darker, especially for the green areas. the cape especially blends in too much with the back of the penguin.

Mr. Game & Watch is a easy character to sprite and animate. You definitely need to improve you line art in order to make better the shapes and the poses. I recomend you look for references to improve your work
