The unskippable Game Over screen for Classic mode takes so long, it's faster to just click "yes," then immediately pause and quit when the match restarts.

The thankfully non-compressed intro music doesn't decrease with the in game music. I often get caught off guard by the loud intro while I have a quiet game.

The style of attack trail graphics are inconsistent between characters.
some (such as :mario: ) uses the Smash 4-style trail.
some (such as :fox: ) uses the translucent white trail.
and then there's few (such as :yoshi: ) that doesn't leave a trail at all.

Mario's bthrow animation is really just his fthrow animation with the "throw" animation flipped.
Meanwhile, Luigi has the proper bthrow animation from the official games.

Similarly, Mario's roll animation feels choppy, while Luigi's roll animation is much more fluid.

Speaking of which, I miss the old black and white/metallic palette swaps but I see why they had to be removed for metal box.

Something i also noticed, the characters "stand up" during forward and back throw, unlike the smash games where it's like this (i don't know if it's the same case with fthrow):

I got the feeling main music tracks and alternate music tracks are not properly sorted. See, Galaxy Tours: the main track is Space Junk Galaxy, the alternate track is Gusty Garden Galaxy... WTH! Gusty Garden Galaxy is basically the leitmotif of the Super Mario Galaxy games, why is it the alternate track? It makes more sense if it was the other way around (something devs should have changed when Egg Planet got removed). It also gets on my nerves that Cruel Smash is still Final Destination's alternate track and not Vs. Master Hand.
