I faced all of you and know exact how you play. There's just some questionable things I tend to expect. More Dsmash frame-traps. Better follow-ups from throws (his ground speed makes up for his short grab-range). Better edgeguarding awareness. Feels like he's undeveloped; not in technical skill, maybe just fundamentals. Definitely could be better full abusiveness of his over the top knockback power.

D-Smash is alright but it doesn't do much damage and is escapable, so if I can hit people with something else I'd rather not use D-Smash lol As for Grab converts, I think you can't do much better than D-throw U-Smash (or D-Throw F-Smash on Fast-Fallers). It does the most damage and can be further followed up with another move if necessary. Throw into Aerial exists, but for the most part Pikachu just doesn't have the aerial mobility to properly position himself to hit consistently with the "right" side (the side of the Hit-Box that sends opponents away from the Stage center, not towards it) of either N-Air or D-Air. Like, Pikachu can Jump fast out of Dash, but otherwise his aerial mobility is quite subpar lol
I'll admit though I don't Edge-Guard as hard as I could, lol

First of all, I am not a Pikachu main. I don't even know why I am posting this here. I just felt like all you Pika mains could get some help from this bug I found lately, well, the CPU did. There's a small chance that Thunder Jolt, which is his neutral special, could get "stuck" at the left ledge of ToS stage (or stage layouts similar to ToS?) if you use it near ledge. This could be used as an edgeguarding tool or mindgames. Correct me if I am wrong Example here: http://gfycat.com/GlamorousUnluckyKoi

(No one reads the Pikachu section anymore. ) D-smash isn't useless. It's good for anti-air and cross-ups (ff fair->dsmash, dtilt dsmash). Fthrow and bthrow can actually lead to combos at certain percents (even though dthrow->usmash is the easiest). Also, I've discovered something (a few months ago) about Pikachu's QA that I never got the chance to mention: the Perfect QAC. You have to jump, and then at the exact moment you start rising, QA forward. This will result in a perfect pseudo-wavedash. Hopefully no one discovered this before me (claim credit if you did). There's a lot of creative and stage-specific uses for QAC. (video on this eventually?) Perfect QAC:

Pika mains? IMPOSSIBLE! Nice to see the rat getting some discussion again though. Your QAC is basically SSF2s version of Agility Dash/Perfect Agility that Pichu had in Melee if Im not mistaken, so its not that new. Its good for getting in quickly, but I think its hampered because you can only go a set distance unless I missed something.

You can wavedash at closer distances by jumping at different heights and using QAC diagonally downward. But that's nothing new.
