They can look in it they just cant post. Once they have a general understanding of the rules they can apply to the mod and if they think they are ready they will be allowed to post. _________________  |

Which is why zero tolerance spam has been put in place meaning any spam receives a warning, and if a new user doesn't read the golden rules too bad for them they get a warning as well.
