Once as in the series Bleach, and once as in sun-bleached/pale.

Well I fix up the slash a bit. I need more parts for the head, but for another time. Maybe a tiny but more polish too.

yeah I do. It just the criticizm gave me a don't not listen vibe. I think it effected my judgement. I won't make it bigger and I won't add more detail, I won't change the character design, and maybe the color palate too, but the slash, animations, and lining will be fix up to perfection in the next update.

'Don't not listen' is double negative.


And like Medevenx said, the main sprite is off-balanced, that can really come back to bite you in the bottom during animation.

If you want critism JUST on the animation, then so be it; the blur is bad. You should study blur a bit before you put it to use. The size of her waist seems to increase from the original sprite, the sword movement is awkward, the hair doesn't move at all, stiff arm, lack of leg movement. Also white background.

If you want to crank this up to 'perfection' then you're gonna need one hell of a wrench. And I'm not saying that to de-motivate you or insult your tough gentleman persona, but if you want to make good animations, then that takes some studying beforehand. Like, how blur functions. Or how a body moves during a slash animation. I suggest taking some quick peeks at reference first before trying to make it yourself.

The faces are jumpy, the lack of moment(stiff) of the hair and body.
not a fan of the color choices.


add knock back on the sword? (I always loved animators added the recoil... it looks sexier.)

Don't go over board with the critic. I actually know you guys, so there no need to act like that above. Theres a big different bettween people you know who share your interest and gives their 2 cents, and people you don't know who judge pointing out flaws for the hell of it. I'm not going to openingly judge which critic is better, or more useful, but I do expect the people I know to come at me a certain way.

i don't get your post who is that directed to? are you having a menstruation or something?

there isn't much problem with the design and colors like others mentioned because i didn't spot any problems with it.

A tip would be to have the motion blur share the same colors as the sprite to provide consistency. i liked the first animation you posted because it felt much stronger.
