Rules:
4 stocks, 8 minutes
Best of 3 (Except for Winners/Losers/Grand Finals which are Bo5)
No items unless both players agree on using them

Legal Stages:
Neutral-
Battlefield
Final Destination/Nintendo 3DS ( Hazards OFF)
Pokemon Stadium 3
Smashville
Yoshi's Story
Counterpick-
All Neutral Stages
Castle Siege (Hazards ON)
Jungle Hijinx/Castle Siege (Hazards OFF)
Dreamland
Sky Sanctuary Zone (Hazards OFF)
Tower of Salvation (Hazards OFF)
Mirror Chamber (Hazards OFF)

Gentlemen's Clause: Any stage can picked, if both players agree upon it
Gentlemen's Agreement or Striking, player's choice

Sudden Death Clause: If a match ends in a SUDDEN DEATH, a 1 stock, 2 minute match will be played instead
Replay Clause: Replays of Top 8/Top 4 MUST be saved. If replays are not saved, sets might have to be replayed
Lag/Disconnection rules:
In the match is SO laggy that it is impossible to play and/or disconnects, the match will be restarted with 1 stock, and 2 minutes unless there was a clear winner.
I'm Ready! Clause: If players do not show up for their matches within 10 minutes of the match being created, they will lose the set.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:

Thunder Edge 4 MIGHT be streamed in my Twitch channel. Key word MIGHT Since I made this decision last second, I may have to get a layout and editing skills before anything happens. But, I may still test how good OBS is at streaming with just Replays.

BUT YEAH, THIS IS HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!

This also means Thunder Edge 5 will be streamed with better quality
