Link was broken. I remember being able to mess with my friends with Link. Kilik, Link, and Talim all felt broken.

Even when not in Smash, Link was low-tier....
Didn't stop him from being super fun to play as, though.

Soul Calibur II versions were different, no? Some characters in different regions were ranked differently. I don't think that's a problem nowadays with games, but it's interesting to see how other games were handled in different regions.

you can google "soul calibur 2 tier list" and guarantee Link will be on the bottom if it's the GC version even if there are minor differences, Link was still terrible across the board
