Superman was strong enough to move the planet Earth with raw strenght alone (6.6 Sextillion Tons), while Goku couldn't lift 40 Tons without becoming Super Saiyan.
Superman flew to the Sun and returned to Earth in less than 2 minutes (Over 9 times the speed of light), while Goku took over a day to cross the 1 million kilometers snake road (Not even close to the speed of light).
Superman can endure the impact force of a Supernova (10 Octillion Megatons), while an explosion big enough to destroy Earth is enough to kill Goku (53 Quatrillion Megatons).
Nothing against Goku, but Superman could wipe the floor with him any day of the week with his eyes closed and 1 arm attached to his back.

Because he cheats: Kryptonite-weapons, Red Sun radiation guns.
Goku would never do something like using Kryptonite or teleport Superman to a Red Sun, so it was all down to who was stronger and faster.
And Superman is a hero, the template for every fictional character that came after him, even Goku is like the Japanese version of him, he is everything but cheap.

I used to believe it was Goku, but lately I've realized that superman is invincible and can't die. the battle with screw attack really had a good idea about how things could go superman can survive 1 million suns exploding in his face while goku on the other hand can't. It is questionable if he can survive a planetary explosion also goku is a man who will eventually run out of ki while if superman is low he just needs to fly higher in space where goku more than likely could not survive. So I'll have to give my vote to Superman as much as I wish I could say Goku
