Everyone else's buffs > Bandana Dee buffs to put it as simply as possible.
BDee got some good tools, but the gravity changes worsened a lot of his finishers, and most of his flaws were not fixed. I can't wait to see the first 1.2 tier list. Still sad that Black Mage is F-Tier though. You can get some good kills with him, like with D-Air's sweet spot. Seriously, that can kill at like 70 percent!

When it comes to Pikachu, Peach and Zelda, it was really just a realization from the BR members and the community in general of how good they are.
