OOC: Yeah, but you didn't specify which direction you pinned it too. Even with a pin, I'd still have my finger around the trigger and my wrist to allow some limited amount of direction.

OOC: Alright, I can see that, but I don't know where to tried to shoot me.

OOC: I couldn't make him shoot anywhere particular because I didn't know how he was pinned.

OOC: Well, I pinned it to the ground from where it was, right at my foot, but I moved it to the side a little.

OOC: Then restart like you'd taken three shots to the foot. Also, how are you not passed out from blood loss yet? Multiple shots to arms, and a recent deep wound in the leg.

OOC: Just plain stubborness, I suppose, possibly a bit on my part... Either way, he would probably pass out 'bout one post after this...

BIC: Jacob soon realized his mistake after feeling three bullets go through his foot, this was a mistake made by his opponent, seeing as how he had a finger at his throat. He didn't even WANT to do it- it was more the shock of pain through his foot and blind instinct than anything else- but he drove his finger toward his opponents throat, still not wanting to kill him. This was basically being shot at gunpoint, there was no chance of his opponent surviving or dodging an attack so close to such a vital area.

As the man lost blood, he began to slacken his grip. Klaus felt himself able to move his arm again. He saw the blade coming toward his throat; he would have to move fast. He gave a heave and drove himself back a metre or so. The blade was still coming, but he had time. Hopefully it would end here. Lying on the ground, he aimed his gun at his opponent's bloody face. He fired three shots, hoping his next breath would not be his last.

OOC: I think I can clarify this a tie then? Oh, and your characterr highly reminds me of a character from... What was it called? Parallel Dimentia? It's a webcomic that I hopefully remembered the name of. The characters name is Isaac, you meet him late in the comic.

OOC: But we can't have a tie. Remember, this is a qualifier.

OOC: But I killed your throat and you shot me in the face, thrice. I see no possible way for this to not end in a tie.

OOC: But you said you would pass out midway.

OOC: Yeah um, he kinda still had his finger really close to your throat, all that thinking was kinda a split second thing.
