I know but like, it's not completely out of the range of possibility to scale him down from the SSBB version.

There has never been a major change in character model sizes across Smash games, why would they change it now? Like Ramsey said, Ridley appearing in Brawl pretty much set the standard as to how he should appear in subsequent games.

If however they do make him playable, make it so that he has quite a few disadvantages (other then him being a very large target). Kind of like Feral Chaos from Dissidia 012. At least then he wouldnt be ungodly broken, just really strong but with a learning curve.

Or as a possible better idea, have Ridley not playable in versus mode, but in a special mode where one player gets to be Ridley (or some other boss) and can wreck havoc on the stage where its up to the other players to stop him.

Simple: touchscreen. Plus wifi and local multiplayer replaces the wiimotes.
