Kirby couldn't use any of his specials except neutral without sucking the enemy with the ability either for what its worth.

Hey guys, I'm looking into Naruto as a secondary, and like Soldier I want to play him aggressively with good combos and tech chases. It looks promising, Naruto can actually go out pretty far to edgeguard since his movement is pretty flexible after an Up-B. He can throw two clones and recover and cover the grab ledge option with an Up-B clone. If someone runs into it, you can f-smash or SH Fair. Nair chains into itself, U-tilt, and dash attack. D-throw can lead to a jab reset, fade back Nair, or Bair depending on how your opponent DI's and techs. U-air lasts a decent amount of time, so SH U-airs are good.
That is what I've gathered so far. Feel free to add on.

Because that's extreeeeemly boring. And top level players are going to be able to deal with it. Plus everyone will have you whereas people will respect you more if you play quality, and its more fun. This is actually the thing I'm trying to get rid of and show how good Naruto can be.

For dthrow, what I like to do is mixup either dspec or reverse dspec as I'm coming down and then cover the remaining options with my character. You can catch techs that evade the timing of your clones with side-B, and also combo into Rasengan if you are quick and react accordingly. Naruto's really versatile and I definitely think he can be played aggressively.

Naruto doesn't need a nerf I think. He is not that strong. He is just not fun to fight. If he gets nerfed he would be a weak character (he would need to be stronger in other areas too).

I think his S-spec could use a nerf in how far it travels. Other than that, Naruto is already quite strong.
