Power: Rachel possesses the ability to analyze and impersonate others with extraordinary accuracy. At a glance, she can memorize a person’s appearance. With further observation, she can precisely discern one’s personality and imitate their voice and mannerisms flawlessly. If she can manage to come into contact with someone, she gains unbarred access to their memories, at which point it is possible for her to perfectly impersonate them in all respects save for appearance and physical ability. Her aptitude to think like someone else can be quite the boon should she have to combat them. Absorbing so much information, however, comes with a price, as taking on the memories of others can threaten Rachel’s own identity.

Appearance: Standing a remarkably average five foot five, Rachel has a very ordinary build. The only feature about her that really stands out is her freckles, which run down from her nose to the top of her shoulders. She keeps her short, auburn hair swept back over her ears as she finds it extremely irritating when it gets in her face. She’s most comfortable wearing her red turtleneck and blue jeans and never goes anywhere without her glasses. Her chestnut eyes are always cheerful and brimming with energy.

Personality: Rachel is exceptionally outgoing, preferring to spend her free time around others. This may be attributed to her fondness of attention. While not conceited, she can get quite vexed if ignored for too long. Typically, though, she is unfalteringly chipper and enthusiastic. Until her powers were revealed, she had a kind of naïve innocence about her.

Bio: Rachel was born to Jacob and Martha Steele. Rachel’s parents were always loving and supportive of their only daughter, encouraging her to pursue her dreams, even if they didn’t always approve. Early on, she developed an affinity for the performing arts, always doing her best to score a role in whatever play her school was planning at the time. This wasn’t to last.
When Rachel was only eight, her parents decided to relocate to the utopia. Rachel was very upset about losing the opportunity to indulge her love for performing and developed a small grudge against her mother and father. This didn’t last long, however, as there was an auditorium in the utopia that could easily serve as a stage. By Gnosis’s benevolence, Rachel and other members of utopia were allowed to put on plays, concerts, and various other kinds of performances for recreation. As she grew older, the girl began to fervently interact with others, making many friends within the utopia.

Actually, yeah. We could use more details about the utopia in general.

Large scale Victorian styled mansion located deep within the woods. Four floors of intricate woodwork and tight spaces. Small rooms that once sheltered 120 enlightened individuals with great, expansive halls in between. Just beyond the grand entryway is a huge dining room that could seat all the tenants at once. The grounds are finely kept, with several different hiking and walking trails around the property as well as recreational fields and yards off to the side. It is a place of physical, mental, and existential exploration and radiates strong vibes of serenity.

Tuphlos no longer resides in the place he once built with his abilities. Now he wanders cities and towns around the utopia, drawing in followers of his own for his own misunderstood purposes.
