The world of pokemon! A beautiful world, full of excitement and danger. It's inhabited by creatures we call pokemon. These are strange and deadly creatures hunted for meat and goods, or even fought just to survive. Those that do so are aptly called Pokemon Hunters, and are hailed as heroes. It is a job envied by all, but a job few can do, and fewer can survive. This is why, at the age of 13, children are allowed to begin training with the Hunter's Guild if they so choose. The path is long and difficult, but rewarding, as hunters like you that can already do guild quests know.

However, sometimes, strange and terrible things happen. Migrations of pokemon not native to the area. Mysterious dungeons raising from the ground. And now, Pokemon that are rallying behind a strange entity that seems to seek the destruction of man kind. When the world needs a hunter to protected it, will you be the one?

~~~
Pocket Monster Hunter is an RPG that takes inspiration from the "Monster Hunter" series of games, and seeks to blend it with pokemon. The overarching story will be told by a series of "Special Missions" revolving around the brief story points above, however players need not take them as the become available and are encouraged to discover the world in their own time by taking on other, normal missions from their guild, or by gaining special requests from NPCs. This Mission styled segmenting allows players to drop in and out rather easily, only being required for the parts they so choose.
The gameplay itself is designed to be a stat-based and turn based game. Using this system helps to ensure a steady posting rhythm, and makes sure the combat won't be one-side (unless intended), and prevents people from creating new abilities and revealing "secret" strengths one the fly. While many think that turned based combat becomes stale quickly, this system encourages players to add details to their turn, by allowing a clever player to attack specific parts of an enemy (or even a part of the environment), or try to use skills in unorthodox ways to change the battle.
Signing up is easy. While it has a few extra parts compared to a normal game here on McLeodGaming, these are as simple as choosing a weapon and fighting style your character knows (not much different that choosing an arte), and ranking a few stats. The five extra minutes are well worth it.
sign-up sheet: show
Player: Your username. This information help me to stay organized.
Character Name: You may include and names and nicknames your character has. Names can be whatever you choose, as long as they are real and/or pronounceable.
Gender: Whether you are male of female.
Age: Even though hunters begin their training at as young as 13, most won't be able to see real field combat for a few years, so a minimum age of 18 is recommended (younger requires special permission). All the same an older or younger hunter won't be any less powerful at the start, so keep that in mind when thinking of backstory.
Personality: How the character acts, reacts, and feels. And odd behaviors and quirks are welcome here.
Appearance: What your character looks like, and what kind of body language they might use. Even though their clothing might change often, you can choose to add a general style they try to go for. If you do, know the genre. You won't find blue jeans in this kind of world. (Unless you can. I don't know every outfit in the Monster Hunter world.)
Biography: A summary of your character's life. Include if they were trained by the Guild or not, and why they choose to become a Hunter.
LV: A vague discriptor of your character's overall ability. Begins at 1.
HP: 100/100 (How much of a beating your character can take. Character start with 100, if they have no modifiers.)
SP: 0/0 (Special points. Usually this measures the amount of psychic energy a character has access to, but can be an unusual stamina reserve or other such things. Without modifiers it starts at 0.)
Weapon: An item that modifies damage and give out basic skills. Choose a starting weapon from the list provided below.
Armor: An item that increase survivability. You can create your own with reason, or just pick from the examples listed with the weapons.
Accessory: A trinket that provides a minor effect. You can attempt to create your own or base it of the examples given with the weapons.
(The following are your character's stats. You have 20 points to spend in any way you see fit in a 1 for 1 basis, with a notable exception. Raising a stat to above 5 takes 2 points for every 1 increase, as does increasing about 10 takes 3, etc. You can not decrease a stat below 0 this way, however weapon modifiers and certain enemy attacks can. You can have leftover points if you so choose, but they can only be distributed later when you level up or while at the guild build and not on a mission.)
VIT: 0 (Increases HP by 10 for every point)
ENE: 0 (Increases SP by 10 for every point)
ATK: 0 (Each point of ATK increases the damage your weapon does by 5%)
DEF: 0 (Reduces damage you take by 1 for each point and helps to resist certain ailments like poison)
AIM: 0 (Improves your accuracy and helps to resist certain ailments like confusion)
AGI: 0 (Increase your evasion and helps to resist certain ailments like paralysis)
Skills: (You can start with 1 skill. This skill can be whatever you choose, but is subject to approval. The power level should be comparable to those skill the starting weapons afford you.
Starting Weapons: show
Weapons are classified into three categories, based on the type of armor normally worn with them. A hunter normally has training in only one style of weapon, so choose carefully. Weapons will list their name, base damage (and and stats modifiers), what kind of damage they can deal, a description, then any skills they give you while equipped.
- Heavy Classes -
Recommended Armor: Heavy Armor- +4 DEF, +2VIT, -2 AGI
Great Sword - 25 Cutting damage
The Great Sword is a massive blade, that stands taller then a man. While unwieldy, it is greatly considered to be the strongest form of weapon a hunter can use in terms of raw damage. While the sheer size of the weapon allow it to be used as a shield if needed, using it this way will dull the weapon.
*Cleave (Passive) - Attacking an enemy's weakspot with this weapon deals 150% bonus damage instead of the normal bonus of 100%.
*Improved Guard (Active) - Cancels damage from an attack, but decreases weapon damage by 25% until the end of battle. Cooldown of 1.
Swap Shield - 15 Cutting or Piercing damage, or 10 Crushing damage, +1 DEF
Perhaps the most common fighting style taught to hunters in training, the versatility of the Swap Shield is unparalleled. While some find the name misleading because the round combat shield itself is unchanging, the 'swap' comes from the weapon, either a sword or a spear, that can change into the other in the fly. Due to this the weapon can deal with many forms of threat, while the light weight shield can be used as well to deal with those you'd rather only knock unconscious.
*Shield Bash (Active) - A special attack with the shield, increasing it's damage by 50% and reducing the target's AGI by an amount equal to your AIM. Windup of 1.
*Heroic Guard (Passive) - Guarding increases your team's DEF by an amount equal to your base DEF for the turn.
Rook Lance - 20 Piercing damage
Originally designed as the ammunition for massive vehicular siege weapons, the Rook Lance is a large, rocket propelled spear. While lacking the crowd controlling swipes of a Great Sword, short term movement with the Rook Lance is much easier by letting the thrusts carry you in your chosen direction. However when a quick escape won't be enough, the Rook Lance can overcharge itself creating a violent explosion to deal with many weaker enemies, or the deal massive damage to a single large opponent, albeit with a single use. To counteract the risk this explosion causes the hunter, the Rook Lance is paired with a heavy tower shield.
*Brace for Attack (Passive) - While Guarding enemies receive damage if they attack you equal to your ATK+DEF. Brace for Attack is only available if you haven't used ALL IN during the current battle.
*ALL IN (Active) - Attack for triple damage, that ignores resistances and DEF. After using this skill, your weapon loses 50% of it's attack until repaired. Cooldown of 3.
Titan Gloves - 20 Crushing damage
While this pair of giant mechanically assisted gauntlets may have the shortest reach of heavy-class weapons, that is often the appeal. While powerful enough to turn any punch into a deadly blow, the Titan Gloves have the ability to lock their position, making grapples easy to perform and keep, while the natural strength enhancing frame lets one lift and throw even the largest of foes.
*Improved Gaurd (Active) - Cancels damage from an attack, but decreases weapon damage by 25% until the end of battle. Cooldown of 1.
*Improved Grapple (Passive) - Enemies can not shake you off.
Siege Cannon - 15 Crushing damage
The Siege Cannon is the only heavy-class weapon with true range. And if you think that it's incredible range would be offset by a poor accuracy or power, you'd be mistaken. Of course there is a catch- all three of these things can only truly be achieved by remaining stationary and using the True Siege mode of the weapon. Otherwise you sacrifice most of each of these things for mobility in it's Hand Cannon mode. Like most heavy weapons, the Siege Cannon comes with a shield. Although it can only be used to actively block in Hand Cannon mode, it becomes a passive defence against attacks from the rear in True Siege mode of the cannon.
*Siege Mode (Active) - Enter siege mode. While in siege mode increase this weapon's base damage by 50%. Also while in Siege Mode, any AGI you have becomes AIM. You can leave Siege Mode as a free action. Windup of 1. You can spend 20 SP to reduce the Windup of Siege Mode by 1.
*Under Fire (Passive) - Damage over time effects deal 25% less damage. While in Siege mode Damage over time effects deal 50% less damage instead.
- Light Classes -
Recommended Armor: Light Armor- +2DEF, +2AGI
Chain Knives - 10x2 Cutting damage
The Chain Knives are two short curved blades, usually wielded underhand, that each have a length of (detachable) chain and connectors within their hilts. This makes them fast and agile, while allowing them to serve as great climbing gear and giving the ability to snare victims when a hunter so chooses.
*Improved Grapple (Passive) - Enemies can not shake you off.
*Snare (Active) - Deals no damage but has a chance to tun the target, preventing their next move. Chance to stun is this weapon's base power times your AIM.
Sting Spear - 15 Piercing damage
Let's be honest, the Sting Spear is a relatively simple spear. While most hunters will apply some sort of poison to it, by itself it is simply outclassed by a Swap Shield or Bowgun. The thing that makes the Sting Spear a viable hunter's weapon is only that is is the common weapon pairing taught to Bee Masters, those hunters that can tame and command a Combee. The Combee partner is the main source of fighting potential, as it can serve as a ranged weapon in some regards, or a distraction in others. It can retrieve items, and the honey it makes can be used as a healing agent. Combee are even powerful enough to carry a human, albeit for only a very small time before becoming to tired to continue.
*Poison Edge (Passive) - Dealing damage to an enemy causes them to take damage over time of 1 damage/turn. This effect can stack.
*Honey Heal (Active) - Heals yourself or an ally by 30HP+(5xyour level)HP. Costs 10 SP. Can be used once per battle for free, but without the level bonus.
Feather Glaive - 15 Cutting damage
Perhaps the most physically demanding to use, no one can argue the Feather Glaive gets results. A poled weapon with multiple blades at the end that can be launched and recalled easily, the real secret of this weapon is the acrobatic maneuvers it's wielders use. With the ability to hurdle themselves into the air and over (or on top of) enemies, they can easily find weaknesses or retreat. It is for this reason it is classified as a light weapon, as the weight of heavy armor or a shield would likely make these feats impossible.
*Launch (Active) - Make you untargetable until your next action. Costs 5 SP. Cooldown of 1.
*Blade Storm (Active) - Attack three times for 5 damage. Don't apply ATK to these attacks.
Tonfa - 10x2 Crushing damage
While they have the shortest range of any weapon, the Tonfa make up for it by the fact they are easily the fastest of any weapon in attack speed, and light enough that a user will seem faster on their feet comparatively. In addition, they are the only light weapon that can truly block due to their design, however even then they can only block light attacks, unlike a shield. While rare bladed Tonfa can exist, however using this variation to block will cause them to wear down faster.
*Counter Punch (Passive) - Applies only to a creature that attacked you during it's last turn. Your attack can't miss and ignores DEF.
*Guard Specialist (Passive) - While guarding, increases your DEF by your base AGI, and increases your AGI by your base DEF.
Bowgun - 10 Piercing damage, +1 AIM
This long barrelled projectile based weapon has largely replaced normal bows in hunting due to it having a clip and having mechanical assist in drawing the bowstring. The barrel as well increases the accuracy of the arrows even for those that have no trouble with reloading or draw times. While it has some limitations, like a static power and the inability to fire multiple arrows at once possessed by some bow users, it is considered a better alternative to the normal bow and thus has phase its predecessor out. The bowgun, just like the bow, normally uses various poisons on its arrows.
*Poison Edge (Passive) - Dealing damage to an enemy causes them to take damage over time of 1 damage/turn. This effect can stack.
*Rapid Fire (Active) - Attacks a number of times equal to the SP you invest. 5SP=1 attack. These Attacks do half damage and do not gain the bonuses for your ATK.
- Specialists -
Recommended Armor: 3 Element Robes- +2ENE, -10% damage taken from Fire, Grass, and Water attacks
Psi Staff - 5 Crushing damage, +3 ENE
Unlike most weapons, where the potential is immediately identifiable on inspection, to most, the Psi Staff is just a length of wood or metal with an ornate whacking thing on the end. Only those that have been specifically trained to wield them understand the staves have latent psychic energies they can use in various ways (depending on the individual staff). While most of these are defensive buffs for their allies (A kinetic shield to boost defence, a calming aura to clear panic, etc), some have been know to wield more offensive feats. Those trained with the Psi Staff can communicate with Pokemon.
*Psych-up (Passive) - Dealing damage with with a normal attack restores SP equal to half the damage dealt.
And up to TWO of the following (Player's choice):
*Identify (Active) - Gives detailed information on an enemy. Costs 10 SP.
*Cleanse (Active) - Removes all Status Ailments from the target, and prevents them from gaining new ones for 1 turn. Cost 10 SP.
*Rally Heal (Active) - Heals the whole party by 10+Their individual VIT+ENE. Costs 10 SP.
*Confuse Ray (Active) - Induces the confusion ailment on the target. Enemies with a higher ENE then the caster may resist by 10%xENE difference. Costs 15 SP.
*Psyshock (Active) - Deals 20 Psychic-Type damage. This attack's damage can't be modified, but is still ignored by Dark-Types. Costs 10 SP.
- Accessory Examples -
Whetstone- +1ATK
Bracers- +1DEF
Energy Charm- +1ENE
Air Filter- Unaffected by powders and gases
Pyro Fang- Basic Attacks are treated as Fire-Type attacks and must obey pokemon weakness and resists.
Pyro Scale- The Player is treated as a Fire-Type and must obey pokemon weakness and resists.
Etc.
By no mean is this list comprehensive. Players are encouraged to create their own based on the power level of this list.
Guide to Combat: show
Combat is relatively simple. When combat begins the players will be shown the turn order, with the players going first according to their AGI, unless ambushed. The player will post their actions, and the DM will calculated them, and post the results via an action post.
A character can:
Attack: They will cause damage to the enemy with their weapon. Describing where the target and how they approach can cause bonus damage and effects how the enemy will retaliate, as well as were you end up on the battlefield. Weapons that have a multiplier in their damage shows how many times you can attack with the weapon if you choose this command (choosing multiple targets once or the same one over and over). You can also Attack with {SKILL} or Use {Skill} for any of your Active abilities.
Guard: Attempt to dodge or block to reduce any damage they take by half. Some weapons will change the behavior of this command.
Act: Use an item, run away, or anything else. You don't have to Act to speak, that's a free action. Remember, even thought this is turned based, that doesn't mean you have to mercilessly swing your sword until you or your foe dies.
You may have noticed phrases you aren't sure of in some of the weapon abilities, like Windup or Cooldown. Windup simply means after you declare a skill you do nothing for a few turns before using it, while Cooldown lists how many turns you must do anything else before attempting the skill again.
~Accepted Characters~
Live_Grenade as Ingra Barston: show
Character Name: Ingra Barston
Gender: Female
Age: 41
Personality: Ingra is brash and boisterous. Her overwhelming personality has earned her quite the reputation among her peers in the Hunter's Guild, for better or for worse. She can't help showing off, especially when hot guys are watching. This is reflected in her grandiose, borderline reckless hunting style, which has earned her many accolades and equally many admonitions. She is outgoing and very competitive, enough so that the latter often gets in the way of the former. However, she also is fiercely loyal and highly protective of her friends, as well as anyone placed in her charge.
Appearance: Despite her relatively average height of 5'9, Ingra has a very commanding presence. Her posture is proud, her head always held high, though she never gives the impression that she's looking down on others. She has dark skin and black hair, which is pulled back into a long dreadlock ponytail. Her face features a strong nose, full lips, bright yellow eyes, and a small mole on her left cheek. Also, a wicked burn scar on her left jaw. Ingra's body is rather toned, but her vanity has prevented her from building a lot of muscle mass. One might think these efforts would be rendered futile by the myriad of scars she has accrued over her years of hunting, but like many, she seems to think scars are sexy (diagram of scars to be added later maybe). It's mostly a moot point, though, because she's almost always wearing crazy heavy armor. Her favorite suit is a bright silver consists entirely of Aggron plates, complete with the requisite massive pauldrons.
Biography: Ingra grew up in the small town of Verdigris, the third youngest of seven siblings. As she and her brothers and sisters got older, they began showing aptitude in a variety of areas. Her eldest brother showed great wisdom and charisma, going on to become the town's chief. The youngest, crafty and frugal, became a successful merchant. Another became the leader of the town guard, then another a brilliant philosopher. Even the closest of her siblings eventually grew distant as they came into their own. Ingra's entire family were touted as geniuses, while the girl herself fell to the wayside. The forgotten child, she was largely ignored, and even when her existence was acknowledged, it was merely out of association with one of her brothers or sisters.
So naturally, when she got tired of that garbage, she signed up with the Hunter's Guild at the age of twenty. To pursue glory and stuff. It wasn't that strange for young adults to sign up, but they were generally seen as having much less potential than someone who was trained from early adolescence. Usually, this was true. It was also true in this case. Ingra struggled for the entirety of her training, displaying less natural aptitude than pretty much any of the other trainees. However, through sheer grit and determination, she eventually completed the course and became a bona fide monster hunter. Now a veteran hunter of 17 years, she's... Well, she's gotten better, at least.
Also worth mentioning that she was recently taken out of commission by a powerful monster and had to undergo two months of physical rehabilitation.
Backitup Thundercats as Sebastian Shu: show
Character Name: Sebastian Shu
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Personality: Shy and used to being alone. Sebastian finds happiness in his own company and in the solidarity of nature. That being said, Sebastian is willing to work with others but only speaks if he deems it necessary. In group situations, Sebastian is more likely to be a follower rather than a leader and is more than happy to just "go with the flow." He is slow to anger and quick to forgive.
Appearance: Described as being "taller than an Oak." Sebastian towers at 6'10". He has close cropped fiery red hair and red eyes flecked with violet. He tries to keep himself clean shaven, not liking the feeling of having facial hair. He has a pale white scar running over the left side of his scalp from just above his left eye and terminating just above his ear, from a childhood injury. This scar also leaves him a bald streak. His frame could be described as skeletal, as his physique shows very little muscle tone.
Biography: Born as the latest in a line of famous hunters from a nation to the far east, Sebastian was born to be a hunter. While he might not have chosen this profession for himself but it is one he is capable at. Trained basically since he was old enough to hold a glaive, the traditional weapon of his family, he is more than proficient at using it. his training focused less on physical strength and more on the acrobatics and leaping abilities necessary to use the glaive effectively, thus he would spend hours everyday practicing his leaps and bounds.
WizzQuizz as Celica Freeman: show
Character Name: Celica Freeman
Gender: Female.
Age: 21
Personality: Celica is always laughing and looking for the quickest or easiest way out of trouble. Speaking of trouble she tends to get into it a lot do to her quick to act attitude.
Appearance: Celica wears tight clothes to improve her speed when in the field with some accessories added. She wears a brown scarf wrapped loosely around her neck. Having no time to deal with it, her blonde hair has become really long ending at her lower back area. Her most odd features are her crimson eyes that are hidden behind her sunglasses. Celica has two titan gauntlets she almost always wears. The gloves and it's brace are light brown in color with brass colored accents. When her titan gloves are removed one can see she wears a wrist brace on her left hand and a leather glove (Matching in color of course) on her right hand.
Biography: Celica lived a magikarp farm. He dad would transport them to the nearby town everyday and sell them. Her family was nothing special constantly having to watch their farm get destroyed by pesky ghost types and starting from scratch. Eventually a party of hunters came to the nearby town that knew how to deal with ghost types. One day when her parents had left for the town and Celica and her little sister were left tending to the livestock. It was then that the farm was attacked by the ghosts. Celica's sister ran towards the town to get help.
Celica was left to defend the farm and save as many magikarp as possible. The Ghost began to drive into the pond and pull out magikarps for consumption. The ghost grabbed the prized magikarp. It was the family's biggest magikarp and would draw in the biggest profit when sold. Celica knew that out off all of them she needed to save this one. Celica ran over to the ghost and hit it. The ghost dropped the magikarp in surprise as the the girl hit it. The ghost went into a brief panic before it regained itself and closed in on the girl. It stopped as it was pulled across the field to the group of hunters' Psi Staff user. The group began to fight the ghost. From that moment on Celica was determined to be a Hunter.
Celica began training on her farm constantly pushing her limits until the faithful day when she reached the age of 13. Several days before her 13th birthday her family gave her a couple magikarps to eat along the way as well as a small handful of coins for the wagon fee. With a cheerful yet heavy heart she left for the guild. She was the first one to arrive and the first one to sign up. She began training always wanted to do better and go further and become the best the ever was.
After her years tough and vigorous of training she returned to her family farm. When she arrived she found the house empty and almost abandoned. She hurried to the nearby town and found a small led. She headed to the orphanage to talk to the only family member left in the town. She walked to the run down lobby and spoke to her sister. It was then that Celica found out her parents had died.
Celica managed to somewhat comfort her sister while holding back tears. Due to Celica only being so young at the time they wouldn't let her adopt her sister. Celica stayed in the town until her sister had been adopted and was safe. Then Celica returned to fighting monsters. She hunted ghost types with even more prejudice than ever. As she hunted she began to make a name for herself as the famed "Ghost Buster". She continues to follow the guild and help others anyway she can with frequent checks on her sister.
In group situations, Sebastian is more likely to be a follower rather than a leader and is more than happy to just "go with the flow." He is slow to anger and quick to forgive.
Appearance: Described as being "taller than an Oak." Sebastian towers at 6'10". He has close cropped fiery red hair and red eyes flecked with violet. He tries to keep himself clean shaven, not liking the feeling of having facial hair. He has a pale white scar running over the left side of his scalp from just above his left eye and terminating just above his ear, from a childhood injury. This scar also leaves him a bald streak. His frame could be described as skeletal, as his physique shows very little muscle tone.
Biography: Born as the latest in a line of famous hunters from a nation to the far east, Sebastian was born to be a hunter. While he might not have chosen this profession for himself but it is one he is capable at. Trained basically since he was old enough to hold a glaive, the traditional weapon of his family, he is more than proficient at using it. his training focused less on physical strength and more on the acrobatics and leaping abilities necessary to use the glaive effectively, thus he would spend hours everyday practicing his leaps and bounds.
For the most part that's good. Though I'd prefer your armor only give +2 to your stats total (+2 AGI or +1 DEF, +1 AGI) if you want to give it a secondary effect, like a type change. I'll need to know how much you want Unassuming to work. Do you want a straight chance (say 33%) or have it based on something (like 10% times the number of allies in battle, or like 5% times your base AGI, or even 1% times the total ATK of all allies in battle)?
Character Name: Celica Freeman
Gender: Female.
Age: 21
Personality: Celica is always laughing and looking for the quickest or easiest way out of trouble. Speaking of trouble she tends to get into it a lot do to her quick to act attitude.
Appearance: Celica wears tight clothes to improve her speed when in the field with some accessories added. She wears a brown scarf wrapped loosely around her neck. Having no time to deal with it, her blonde hair has become really long ending at her lower back area. Her most odd features are her crimson eyes that are hidden behind her sunglasses. Celica has two titan gauntlets she almost always wears. The gloves and it's brace are light brown in color with brass colored accents. When her titan gloves are removed one can see she wears a wrist brace on her left hand and a leather glove (Matching in color of course) on her right hand.
Biography: Celica lived a magikarp farm. He dad would transport them to the nearby town everyday and sell them. Her family was nothing special constantly having to watch their farm get destroyed by pesky ghost types and starting from scratch. Eventually a party of hunters came to the nearby town that knew how to deal with ghost types. One day when her parents had left for the town and Celica and her little sister were left tending to the livestock. It was then that the farm was attacked by the ghosts. Celica's sister ran towards the town to get help.
Celica was left to defend the farm and save as many magikarp as possible. The Ghost began to drive into the pond and pull out magikarps for consumption. The ghost grabbed the prized magikarp. It was the family's biggest magikarp and would draw in the biggest profit when sold. Celica knew that out off all of them she needed to save this one. Celica ran over to the ghost and hit it. The ghost dropped the magikarp in surprise as the the girl hit it. The ghost went into a brief panic before it regained itself and closed in on the girl. It stopped as it was pulled across the field to the group of hunters' Psi Staff user. The group began to fight the ghost. From that moment on Celica was determined to be a Hunter.
Celica began training on her farm constantly pushing her limits until the faithful day when she reached the age of 13. Several days before her 13th birthday her family gave her a couple magikarps to eat along the way as well as a small handful of coins for the wagon fee. With a cheerful yet heavy heart she left for the guild. She was the first one to arrive and the first one to sign up. She began training always wanted to do better and go further and become the best the ever was.
After her years tough and vigorous of training she returned to her family farm. When she arrived she found the house empty and almost abandoned. She hurried to the nearby town and found a small led. She headed to the orphanage to talk to the only family member left in the town. She walked to the run down lobby and spoke to her sister. It was then that Celica found out her parents had died.
Celica managed to somewhat comfort her sister while holding back tears. Due to Celica only being so young at the time they wouldn't let her adopt her sister. Celica stayed in the town until her sister had been adopted and was safe. Then Celica returned to fighting monsters. She hunted ghost types with even more prejudice than ever. As she hunted she began to make a name for herself as the famed "Ghost Buster". She continues to follow the guild and help others anyway she can with frequent checks on her sister.
Okay, I after the talk in Slack about your ability, Backitup Thundercats, Sebastian is approved. Might want to see the version in the apporved characters to double check that's what you wanted.
Celica is also approved.
The Game will start shortly. Anyone else that's interested in being in the opening should post their character or at least say something, and I can see about giving them a little time, or working them in before the first story mission technically starts. Otherwise they might have to wait a little while.
