I dont have time to list all the reasons you are wrong because im not home and dobt feel like typing it all. but frst off kennen is pretty bad as an actual ap carry hes more in line with ap bruiser. Oh btw kennen can't stun an entire team with his ult so theres that.

Also everything else you say is pretty dumb too. Like aniviawithout blue and rd being bad because people choke. You also only talk about fotm champs

He can't? His ult procs 3 times on every enemy champion within range, that's already one stun. His e procs a mark, his w adds another mark to anyone with a mark, along with Qs and W passive autoattacks. Of course, in an actual game, some enemy champions (usually long-ranged ADs like Caitlyn/Trist/Kog), but it’s not impossible (Ori ball on flashing Ali pulv, then Ori ult, then Kennen flash ulti). Stating that Kennen can’t stun an entire team is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. If that's the extent of your theorycrafting, I can see why you think Kennen is a bad pick.

By the way, months after Kennen was FOTM, consistently banned, and generally considered the best top laner in the game, he has received a whopping 1 nerf, 1 second added CD to his Q.

Anivia without blue cannot push as hard as she would be able to with blue. This is a well known fact.

Players choking needs to be considered when determining the viability of a champion. This is generally not the case in League, since the skill cap is rather small compared to other games, but it can still be a factor. For example, Karthus has the potential to land every one of his Qs on a single target, but in reality Karthus players will miss a percentage of their Qs. This is why in theorycrafting, Tristana would potentially be the best AD carry because of her range, but in reality Trist players won't be able to successfully kite the enemy team forever.

I'm pretty sure Anivia and Twisted Fate aren't Fotm champs. Also, Fotm champs are generally fotm for a reason, they are good (not always the case though).
