Update on MGN's Status:
We know that a lot of you have had issues connecting to the MGN via the website and game since launch. Well, we're excited to announce today that we've resolved most of the issues and both the website and game servers are back online! You may still experience some slowness, however we will continue to activate accounts while we try to improve the experience. We'll announce it once all accounts are activated so you can be sure you've gotten access. Also for those of you who are just now signing up, please be aware that while you may be able to activate your account sooner, you will still have to wait to receive access to the game server along with the rest of the members. We're doing this in waves as mentioned previously, so eventually you will receive access. I was one of the first to get my activation e-mail, before the server crash. I'm not trying to complain, but I'm just saying that the issues haven't entirely disappeared. _________________ |

What was the subject of the email you got?
Also, need a bit of clarification: what do you mean when you say it doesn't let you activate your account? Is the page not loading? |

MGN - Game Added To Your Account The body of the message contained my activation link. And it gave me the same "an unknown error has occurred" message until I refreshed the page - then it wouldn't load at all. I'm still getting an "unknown error" when I try to activate, but I'm glad that these problems are being worked on and that other
EDIT:...I just got five e-mails saying that my account was successfully activated. I'm a stupid person. |
