Bait out grab and punish it, be super aggro, and don't get hit offstage. Pac-Man can't really hurt you as badly as you can hurt him, as long as you don't get knocked offstage. He also needs time to set up his various camping tools, and has absolutely pitiful quick GTFO options compared to Falco. Shielding is practically never safe against Falco, so just don't come in with really obvious aerials and abuse Pac-Man's poor frame data on a lot of his moves.

Pman's standards are actually great against Falco -- watch out for those. Drastically underused IMO as they are fast, chain well, and end with Pman in a great place for other combos. Close in too fast and a good Pman main should be able to punish you surprisingly well.

New stalling tech as pacman, even though I'm hoping this will get fixed since it clearly is broken:




Basically all you have to do to set it up is dash attack on the ledge, hydrant, hit it once and there you go, as long as you don't use another hydrant, this one will stay here FOREVER and can't be destroyed, to get on top of it you just have to grab the ledge, press down and go left for a little bit, meaning this won't work on wall stage since the hydrant is too close to the stage and pacman is too fat for it, but thinner character such as Ness and Pikachu can stay on it on spam up-b then shield to dismiss the pk thunder and thunder if you're playing team

This works because as you can try by yourselves, everytime you hit the hydrant it goes 1 pixel to the right, then 1 pixel to the left again, then right etc... and since it spawns on his left position, when you hit it at the exact pixel from the edge, it'll go on its right position and fall, without dealing damage and while pushing things upward.
Also meaning it can't work on the left, since the hydrant spawns on its left position, you can't push it more to the left.


Also pacman's fruit can get stuck by megaman's side-b even when it disapears, so I guess I'll put it there too:

Along with Rayman, PAC-Man is one of the most broken characters in SSF2. If his hydrant is in the blast zone and you land on it, he won't die. (I mean, how is that possible?! )

you literally can't say a character is broken until you play as them, you don't know enough about the character to make a good judgement about how good they are. And on top of that Pac-man isn't even broken in the first place. And about being poltie, I'd maybe respect you if you said something intelligent for once. Half the s*** you say are just bad references you think are funny or clever, but all they add nothing to what you're saying and a lot of the time have nothing to do with what you said. And you also don't know a single f*** thing about competitive SSF2. Everything you say about it is complete guess work and awful theory-crafting. Every "combo" you mention is nowhere close to even working as a situational option. Like that f*** "Bair to Final Cutter" thing you kept bringing up a few months ago is the single worst idea of a combo Kirby has. Kirby has such an insane combo tree and that f*** idea of a possible combo is not on it. Have you even tested it on anything? And even still you repeat anything your mind is on multiple times in multiple topics. The more you say your dumb s*** the dumber it gets, and this also goes for your f*** s*** references you use in every single god damn posts you make. You just post the same picture in nearly everything you say for a week, even if it has nothing to do with what you said or what you're trying to say. So no I'm not going to be polite to you because there's nothing to f*** respect in your entire being.
