I really hope that gives Link two alts. Might as well write down what I want for alts. Mario - Dr.Mario and Cloud Luigi - Mr.L Bowser - Dry Bowser Link - Skyloft and Dark Zelda - Ocarina of Time Young Zelda head dress Sheik - Impa styled clothes Ganondorf - Ganon styled (or just be Ganon) Toon Link - Outset Island and Conductor Mega Man - Bass or Proto Man (or make one of them an Assist Trophy) Little Mac - Wireframe and Sweater Pac-Man - Pac-Land and Mrs. Pac-Man Wii Fit Trainer - Wii Fit Trainer (Male) Rosalina - Fire Rosalina Ike - Path of Radiance Marth - Mask from Lucina Yoshi - Boshi (let it happen Square) King Dedede - Masked Dedede Olimar - Alph Samus - Fusion Suit Fox - James Mcloud Pit - Dark Pit Also every Alt should have sounds to match that character. (That is if every character has sounds.)

I don't like the idea of alt costumes being entirely different characters (e.g. James McCloud, Dark Pit (lmao he is just an pallet swap dude) or Boshi). I feel like that kind of ruins the individuality of the moveset. I don't think every character neccesarily really needs an alt costume.

I got a few alternate costume ideas, but most of them are what everyone else wants so yeah
Mario: Dr. Mario (Throwing Pills would be a nice touch) / Vacation Mario (Sunshine's Shades and Jacket)
Luigi: Dr. Luigi (Throwing L-Pills would be neat) / Casino Luigi (From 64 DS's Casino minigames)
Bowser: Dry Bowser (Blue fire would be a pretty cool addition, maybe some vocal alteration)
Link: Casual Outfit (Twilight Princess)
Sheik: Something Impa inspired
Toon Link: Outset Outfit / Conductor's Outfit
Samus: PED Suit
Zero Suit Samus: Justin Bailey
King Dedede: Masked Dedede (Hammer change would be cool too)
Marth: Marth? (Masked Marth w/ Awakening Design, change of voice would be a nice addition to detail)
Mega Man: Roll (BECAUSE WHY NOT?? not expecting though)
Pac-Man: Ms. Pac-Man (Above)
Either way, just the fact that we actually have alternate costumes in the first place with Sakurai saying there are a ton of them makes me happy.

Since Dark Pit came from Pit anyway, I dont see what's wrong with having Dark Pit (if he has a change in voice pitch to match the character) as an alt. It would allow people to pit normal versus dark, like a lot of people likely did with the Link/Toon Link recolors. If he has a change of voice when using that costume, then that'd make it even better. I really don't see Mr. L being a costume for Luigi. It'd be the first pick most likely, but super paper mario wasn't that popular to have a temporary villain as a costume in a smash game.
