In Melee, every character has different poses for the character select screen, Classic intros, unlocking, and Classic trophies. Brawl and SSB4 replaced that with having a single artwork for all of these situations, which looks really lazy and boring. And I know that it's unlikely to change in a fan-made sprite-based game with no budget, but hey, this isn't "SSF2 Beta Realistic Expectations Theater"...

some announcer nitpicks.
the announcer only says "Choose your character!" on the vs css. it bugs me that he didn't say "Survival!" (for stock matches) and "Free for all!" (for timed matches) instead. also, announcer doesn't say anything at all when selecting any of the multi man modes. the announcer isnt really excited for multi man mode huh? |

he's super heckin' hyped for home run contest though that mode is his jam i hope when more Arena Modes come out he says the mode I also wanna hear "GOAL!!" whenever a point is scored in Sandbag Soccer/Basketball because Mario Strikers taught me that GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL is the best thing _________________ Stay groovy, wherever your travels take you. |

Speaking of Arena Mode's Sandbag Soccer/Basketball/Arena Mode in general I guess
It really, really badly needs a "FIRST TO #!!" under/in the middle of the team's score on the HUD. Why? Online Mode. You could hop into an Arena Mode game, it could be set to 99 Points and you wouldn't even know.  _________________ Stay groovy, wherever your travels take you. |
