You say that as if programming a game for the 3DS is the easiest thing. You need to contact Nintendo, make sure they want to host your game, get a dev kit so you know how to even code it properly, do the same for Sony...

those falling particles are actually unique to that generated world, levels don't usually have them. same with the mushrooms
