Certain ones yes. Like all of the gen 3 and up are. Gen 2's dogs were created only 30ish years ago when a fire destroyed the sacred tower and Ho-oh decided to save them. The birds would be babies because the species was killed off through outside means and these for all intents and purposes are the last of their kind. I'm confused. If all that happened, how is Arceus not mentioned in making anything until the hints of his existence in Gen 4?

The ruins that explain the "existence" of everything were in Sinnoh. And for some reason or another Sinnoh wasn't searched until recently, within 100 years of the Black and White timeline. It was originally thought that Mew was the "Adam and Eve" , if you will, and this still stands. Arceus created the world, Mew, Kyogre, Groudon, Palkia, and Dialga. Which is kinda funny.

Um all pokemon are made up. Its just that when they had the original 151 they didnt say. Okay here is arceaus we will release him in 15 years. He was just added to the mix and given a role. Does anyone know how to upload a picture into a post?? Edit: nevermind I found one and here it is.
