What's considered a good speed?

I would like it to be at 12fps, if somebody could manage that. Here are the sprites, if you need them: (in the red boxes)

Could someone create images of these sprites spinning 360 degrees? thanks Also, if i could have the sprites with wheels (like a mine cart) that would be awesome. Thanks again.

ok... i didn't mean like every degree, maybe just every 10 degrees. Also, they are square which means only 8 images would then be needed. 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80. 90 is the same as 0, 100 same as 10, etc.

No, only 4 are needed. He already has 0 degrees, 10 can be flipped to get 80, 20 can be flipped to get 70 and so on

Okay guys, I'm in dire need of ocean/water/sea sprites. I need sprites that could be used as foreground water, and a sprited ship should be able to 'sail' on it (so iso-metric water if you get what I mean). I don't need 8-bit, they have to be avarage/decent. Does, by any chance, someone have something like that?
