Yush, since Johnny's arte pool has to be one of the most effective ones in the entire Tales of series.
He can take just about any enemy because of his great artes he may not have a lot but they can basically take any enemy. Not to mention he has one of the best juggles ever.

Also, is Farah's combo system in Eternia the same as Regal's?

Sorta but Farah's arte combo's are all basically cancels.
Regal was just standard combo>Spell cancel>combo.

Raine has a Pascal costume and Regal has a Malik one. I saw them on the wiki.

Thoughts? IMO I think Pascal/Raine is a terrible and HORRIBLE look and idea.
