the designs make me iffy, like sonic having blue arms reminds me of miscoloured sonic comics where sonic's arms were blue instead of his skin colour, it just feels weird looking at it
knuckles being SUPER DUPER buff is kinda weird, but charming i guess, it matches his personality kinda
tails looks fine but i dont know if its just in the cartoon or just that trailer in general but he had a lisp? it was kinda weird and unexpected
we havent really seen that much of amy and she doesnt seem too different so shes fine i guess

however the gameplay seems really interesting, if its a 4 player local co-op then that would be really f*** cool
i love the idea of finally being able to play as knuckles and tails again, i've always had a soft spot for knuckles's gliding and climbing, it's fun exploring and stuff
tails seems to have some sort of laser gun and electric whip? it's kinda odd but looks interesting, if tails has gun-style gameplay im wondering how different it will be from shadow the hedgehog

anyway those are my thoughts on sonic boom
tl;dr i'm interested in the gameplay but the designs are kinda weird
