Well...yes. I was just hoping someone would at least review it or something. I posted it here almost 2-3 months ago.

[box=Ganondorf]Ganondorf

Neutral Special: Warlock Punch / Dead Man's Volley. Ganondorf reels his hand back, and winds up a punch. Once the special button is released (or 4 seconds has passed), Ganondorf releases his punch, causing 3 effects. First, the fist does damage, starting at 10% for a weak punch (which nevertheless does respectable knockback), up to 50% for an ubercharged punch that is a guaranteed one-hit KO (with knockback to spare, rendering it an OHKO even across a stage and even on heavyweights) and instant shield break. Second, the fist also reflects projectiles, starting at 1.1* damage and velocity up to 3.1* damage and velocity at full charge. Third, a horizontally moving dark energy projectile is released, doing the same damage and knockback as the punch, and having speed dependent on charge: uncharged, it is a slow-moving projectile, while at full charge it is faster than Fox's lasers and nigh-impossible to reflect on reaction.

Okay, I'm kinda confused with this

So, a Chargeable Flacon Punch that reflects projectiles like Mario's Cape and Launches a Projectile?

That seems too overboard for a single move

Maybe make it only release a projectile at mid or higher charge

Weight: 93 slightly lighter than Ness
Walk: 4.3 slightly faster than Kirby
Run: 8.4 also slightly faster than Kirby
Crouch: slightly taller than Kirby
Air Speed: 6.9 slightly slower than Mario
Fall Speed: 13.9 almost as fast as Sonic
Fast Fall Speed: 16.7 a bit slower than Sonic
Jump Height: Slightly less than Naruto’s jump
Short Hop: Slightly less than Chibi Robo’s short hop

Jab: The first two hits are two alternating slaps, similar to how Link’s first two jabs hits look but it’s his hand instead and with slightly less range. The final hit is a big clap that looks similar to DK’s F-Smash. (1%/1%/5%)

Ftilit: It looks similar to Luffy’s F-Smash, but his fist is enlarged and has the range of Luffy’s Ftilt. It would would have a pretty large amount of endlag. (10%)

Utilt: Jake gets on all fours and stretches his legs out so that his body is moved up. (4%)

Dtilt: Jake lies on his back and kicks his feet out, with a similar range to Luffy’s Ftilt. (7%)

F-Smash: Jake turns both his into the shape of one large hammer and slams it down in front of him, so that it will look similar to King Dedede’s F-Smash. (19%-26%)

U-Smash: Jake makes his fist very large and does an uppercut punch.(16%-22%)

D-Smash: Looks similar to DK’s D-Smash, but with hammers(17%-24%)

Dash: Does a roll, but he jumps forward before he rolls(6%)

Nair: Jake transforms into a small ball with large spikes surrounding him for 6-8 frames(early:8% late:4%)

Bair: Turns his hand into a large mace then punch behind like Captain Falcon’s Bair. Has a very large amount of knockback. (11%)

Uair: Turns his hand into the shape of an umbrella then punches directly upward. It would last 2-4 frames(6%)

Dair: Turns his his legs and torso into a drill and does a multi-hit move. The final hit would have two hitboxes, a large hitbox the sends you at an upward angle and a smaller yet stronger hitbox that meteor smashes you.(multi: 0.5%each final: 5% meteor:8%)

Neutral B: Bacon Pancakes: Pulls out a frying pan and tosses some bacon pancakes. It is similar to Mr. Game & Watch’s Neutral B, but you have more control over the angle, you can only toss one at a time, and it deals more damage. It also has a 10% chance of having a burn effect. (10%)

Side B: Stretchy Leap: Jake stretches his torso to leap horizontally while dealing damage, and it can be charged like Pikachu’s Side B. But if you hit someone you keep going. (6%-12%)

Up B: Grab Something: Similar to Luffy’s Up B, but when it has a larger grab box and when you grab someone you kick them up and keep your momentum. (13%)

yeah :sandbag:
Balloon Fighter: show
i don't feel like doing a yarn yoshi so yer just gonna get a bazillion TL;DRs
-has a gimmick based on his balloons, giving him 3 different "states," being 0B, 1B and 2B. "B" standing for "Balloons."

-0B makes him around middle-weight, double-jump is slightly-below-average (around the same as Sandbag's double jump height, i say)
-1B makes him a bit lighter and more floaty, gains an extra jump
-2B makes him even lighter and more floaty, gaining yet another jump (So 3 Mid-Air Jumps overall, same as Bandana Dee) and he's so floaty that his fallspeed is like Tails' hover, what a floaty sonuvagun

-balloons have direct interactions with a lot of moves, but we'll go over that when we get to it
-he's basically Olimar but with balloons instead of pikmin, they both are stout characters with big noses and need a crutch in order to do s***

-normals, i dunno what the normals would be, all i can think of is olimar now, s***

-all his smash attacks involve him popping one of his balloons, at 2B you can charge the move fully to pop both for even stronger hits ALA black mage;
-Up Smash involves a needle, at 0B he just pokes the needle upward because he tries his best, but it doesn't really do much
1B is just him popping a balloon as per normal
2B has more range and power due to it being a 2-in-1, effectively covering the entire space above his head instead of just in the middle
-Forward Smash uses a pump, all it does at 0B is provide a windbox dependant on charge
1B has him over-filling a balloon and it bursts, causing a blast infront of him
2B has the second balloon bursting in a chain reaction, more damage + covers slightly above him now
-I dunno what Down Smash would be yet, maybe a dumb thing where he sits on the balloons since idiots like to do that and Balloon Fighter is a very short dunce

-Neutral Special would be him spawning a cloud infront of him by holy magic because Balloon Fighter is a god apparently, it fires a spark of lightning forward at whatever angle it feels like (Somewhere in the < range infront of it) that functions kinda like Pichu's neutral special but it can bounce off walls
-Up Special is him using the Wind Pipe things from the bonus games, dependant on Balloons
0B lifts you up about as much as 1B's extra jump, not really productive
1B gives you a nice boost up, but the balloon gets untied and flies away
2B is a huge boost upwards, only 1 Balloon flies away to prevent BF from getting immediately crippled if gimped
-Side Special is him getting a friendly ride from his big ol' pal; "that one fish that wants to eat him," kinda functions like Wario's GO!! but defies the laws of gravity (AKA doesn't send you falling like a brick in the endlag) and is very strong all the time, the endlag puts Balloon Fighter in a fallen-down state if it ends with him on the ground (Don't Jablock him please, he has water and is listening to his favorite music)
-Down Special is the pump, you can press the button a certain number of times to fill up a new balloon or over-pump by mashing it to explode the balloon for a surprise hitbox, the first balloon fills up quickly whilst the second one takes a bit longer, using Down Special when you have 2 Balloons is basically 0B's Down Smash but with a much stronger windbox, like Game & Watch's Down Tilt
-i wanted a special where he spawns a flipper ALA sandbag/peach but there's no more buttons, god help me

-all of his taunts would be cute because even though he's a god and also a dunce he's a cute god-who-is-also-a-dunce, ya hear
-one of them is having the fish poke out of the ground to be barely visible (Y'know, like a shark) with the little jingle that plays when he catches someone playing with a very frightened balloon man being like "oh no"
-one of them is attempting to spawn the cloud but the cloud is darker and very angry and zipzaps him instead because why not, it's funny
-and the third is him making a balloon animal because you'd have to be a sick f*** not to include that, balloon animals are cute as s***, there could be multiple balloon animals he could create (Like PAC-MAN's NAMCO Reel taunt) and they just kinda linger on the stage and slowly float up and away, they're completely harmless like Smashville's Balloons but hey they're heckin CUTE, don't pop them though you'll make Balloon Fighter very sad because he worked hard on that just to make you happy

-not sure what the winning animation would be, but take a wild heckin' guess at what the victory theme would be
-losing animation is him getting chased by a very angry fish in circles, he tries clapping for you because he's a good sport but is very busy right now running for his life

-a hat physics costume could be adding eyes onto the hat and replacing the rim with a fish-lips-like design to reference the fish, kinda like Captain Pud from LittleBIGPlanet, he's cool
-and maybe one giving him a make-shift mask to look like the bird-like enemies from balloon fight, i have 0 clue what they are but they're neat and important so

yeah :sandbag:

yeah :sandbag:

Mona (WarioWare)

Image

Source: WarioWare

Mona, Wario's hardest working employee, and love interest joins the battle in SSF2! Mona uses many..."unusual" attacks in battle, keeping her opponents guessing and confusing any and all opposition. She has moveset potential based on her variety of jobs (pizza parlor waitress, cheerleader, dumpling stand salesgirl/saleswoman, artifact hunter, ice cream parlor waitress, rock star, detective, etc.) Many of which could take from her microgames from WarioWare itself, such as sniffing up snot, pulling a nose hair for a banana to fly out, directing people to the restroom in a hurry, a marionette deflecting watermelons by flailing its limbs, having a panda balance on a beach ball, a stickman defending himself from attacks with a crayon drawn shield, and many other crazy concepts. She could easily take inspiration from those microgames with the addition of attacks to represent her various jobs. That easily makes her on of the best options to represent WarioWare’s special kind of humor.

So let's run down the list, shall we?

Size - About Princess Peach or Princess Zelda's height, if not a bit shorter.
Idle - Fluffs her large bright orange hair and fiddles with it a bit.
Weight - About as average as it can be for an 13-20+(?) year old teenage girl. Maybe a bit heavier than Princess Peach, and somewhat lighter than Princess Zelda.
Walk speed - As fast as Fox.
Dash speed - About as fast as Ness.
Air attributes - About as good as Wario, but Mona can't perform as many combos as him in the air.
Jump - About as good as Fox.

*By the way, Mona can wall jump.*

Jab - Cupsy Daisy: Mona swings twice with a cup and ball toy with the final hit being a loopable combo.
S-Tilt - Toilet Training: Mona points in both directions with a pair of light signals.
U-Tilt - Balancing Act: Mona tilts her finger up while balancing an umbrella with it. Think of the Villager's U-Tilt in Smash 4.
D-Tilt - Nighttime Allergies: She does a powerful sneeze towards the ground. If sweetspotted, the opponent will be stuck in enough hitstun for Mona to follow up with another attack.

S-Smash - Twirling Stick Smash: Here she grabs her baton and smashes it. If fully charged, Mona will twirl the baton multiple times in front of her before ending the attack. Does great damage.
U-Smash - Cheer Up!: Wears her golden pompoms and pops them upwards in a cheerleading fashion.
D-Smash - Split Kick: Once again, in a cheerleading fashion, Mona performs a split kick. Basically, think of Jigglypuff's D-Smash with WAY more range and less knockback.
Dash Attack - Sweeping Victory: Mona trips, causing her to fall onto her foe. Think of the Black Mage's dash attack in SSF2, or King Dedede's dash attack in the official Smash games, but with WAY less power.

N-Air - Universal Marrionette: She faces the screen and flails all her limbs around.
F-Air - Butterfingers: Mona swipes at her foe with a hot piece of toast. Nearly NO knockback is dealt, but the damage dealt is surprisingly high.
B-Air - Fancy Footwork: Mona kicks backwards at an arc.
U-Air - Boom Box: A white box appears above her. When exposed to a foe, it explodes just like when the firework gets in the box from the actual microgame. Does splash damage.
D-Air - Barrel Roll: Mona does a barrel roll while facing downwards.

N-Special - Hot Slice: Mona tosses a slice of pizza at her opponents at high speed. The toppings determine the damage.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Cheese (60% chance)=Low damage
Pepperoni (20% chance)=Medium damage
Supreme (10% chance)=Heavy damage
Hawaiian (5% chance)=Severe strike
Anchovies (5% chance)=Poison effect
--------------------------------------------------------------

S-Special - Moped Rush: Mona summons her scooter and rides it an any direction. The faster it moves, the more damage and knockback it will cause. She can hop on or off whenever she needs to. It will disappear after a while or be destroyed. It's slightly faster than Wario's bike, and cannot tank as many hits as it.

U-Special - Monette Rope: Mona raises out her arm as a few Monettes (3) to reach out diagonally. If the last Monette grabs a ledge, Mona blows her whistle and her minions would pull her to the ledge. It is a tether recovery moves like Olimar's Pikmin Rope, but the number of Monettes appear at random to make it a risky move. Three would be 50%, two would be 35%, and one would be 15%.

D-Special - Pet Summon: Mona blows on her whistle to summon at least one of her trusty pets to aide her in battle momentarily. Piggy (50%) would kick soccer balls at his foes. The elephant (35%) would squirt sludge to damage and shove his foes away in a large squirt. The Chimp (15%) would launch a banana peel to trip anyone in the way or who walks onto it. Each pet can only attack a few times until they disappear or die easily in one hit.

Grab - Pyoro: She uses the infamous red bird to grab the foe with his long sticky tongue.
Pummel - Hand Me Down: She whacks the foe with a leek.
F-Throw - Crash Test Dummy: She inflates an airbag to knock the foe away.
B-Throw - Paper Plane: Mona tosses her foe backwards with the addition of a paper airplane for more damage.
U-Throw - Fan Boy: She tosses her opponent above her, making them float by fanning a large paper fan before striking him/her with it afterwards.
D-Throw - Swap Team: Mona notices a fly on her opponent's face and smacks his/her face with a flyswatter out of fear.

FINAL SMASH - Rock Out!: Mona faces the player and takes out her guitar to rock out with her band members, the Hot Slices. This lasts for 15 seconds. Dodging isn’t easy. Each strum emits a large orange soundwave to shock near by players. The more she strums the bigger the waves get. When it's over Art and Decko would disappear and Mona would put away her guitar.

U-Taunt - She twirls her baton and says: "Let’s go!"
S-Taunt - Mona pulls out her camera and takes a few selfies before putting it away.
D-Taunt - She does her 'See ya!' farewell pose.

Victory animation 1 - She steps off her scooter and "delivers" her pizza with a smile. No matter what kind of costume. She says while delivering: "Here's your Pizza!"
Victory animation 2 - She twirls her Baton and throws it up. Then catches it and makes a Peace sign. One leg is lifted. No matter what kind of costume.
Victory animation 3 - She jumps up and down and says: "Yay! I won!"

So, what do you all think?

Zelda is actually lighter than Peach. Zelda's weight is 86 and Peach's is 90.

Balloon fighter, let's see
He seems like a character that can change playstyle to whatever suits the situation similar to Shielda, but he's not at an extreme way and instead changes power and suvivability

At 2 balloons he dies easily off the top but can recover easily sideways (Although I think that Tails' Hover fall speed is too much, I'd say Kirby's Fallspeed) and has great aerial game so it's would feel like he's a Higher Risk, Higher Reward character
On the other hand, at 0 balloons he has an average survivabilty and an average aerial game

His Smashes are also risky to use and probably his main way to get rid of balloons
0B are safer moves but are kinda useless except maybe in really high percent
at 2B full charge, you can risk losing balloons for earlier kills, that is if you can charge the smashes in the first place

Up B is another way to lose Balloons but makes you lose one balloon but at 0 balloons it barely covers any height... It actually reminds me of Cloud and his Limit Mechanic but I'll elaborate later

I don't know but I feel like the cloud Neutral Special should be the Side Special and the Flipper should be the Neutral Special but that's just me

The Cloud Special could work like the Crash Bomber and would either trigger naturally after some time or press special again to prematurely make it shoot the spark

Down Special... now here's the Cloud comparison
He can build up his balloons using down special to get a boost in his Air game, Recovery, and/or Smash Attacks
Or he could just keep using Down B to have a strong attack, in this case a windbox

Kinda like Limit Charge increasing power or using Down-B again to deal massive knockback

Overall, a nice concept not explored in any smash game really

Jake the Dog: show
Height: 42 almost as tall as Wario
Width: 28 almost as wide as Wario

Fair: Starts like a roundhouse kick, but stops when his foot is directly in front of him and stretches it. Quick startup and endlag. (8%)

Down B: Perfect Sandwich: You eat a sandwich to lose 5%, but it has a lot of start and endlag.

Grab: A quick grab with almost as much range as ZSS’s grab

Pummel: You bash their head with a hammer hand(5%)

Fthrow: Grab with both hands and spin around once before throwing.(7%)

Bthrow: Hold behind you then smash with a hammer hand.(13%)

Uthrow: With both hands Jake simply throws the opponent up.(6%)

Dthrow: Jake jumps up then throws the opponent straight down.(7%)

Final Smash: Jake Suit: Finn jumps into jake and becomes superpowered.

Seems similar to Luffy although his abilities to change his arms to weapons should be more focused on especially in his Neutral and Up specials
Down-B should be buffed a little depending on the start up and end lag
But then considering we already have a stretchy dude in the roster, I don't think he can fit that much, but whatever
