Now I HEAVILY speculate Luffy, Shadow, Mewtwo, Roy, & Skull Kid. I would love to see Andy. Paper Mario would have a moveset. Ghirahim & Zoroark are two that I think could have a possible shot at joining the roster because of the roster change. Ryu or Viewtiful Joe could also make it in as well. Pac-Man is an Assist Trophy, but it looks like he might have been leaked as a character, but it could be fake. Those are characters I am speculating to join the roster.

I didn't list Luigi, King Dedede, or Ganondorf since they are likely to be in there.

I agree, Pichu would be interesting if he becomes a Semi-clone rather than a full clone (without backfire damage, of course)
That said, I still think there are other Pokemon that deserve a slot in this game more than Pichu

While I DO think other Pokemon should get in before Pichu, I think Pichu could have a good moveset with Volt Tackle as its Final Smash.

I'd rather see Tiki switch between Manakete and Humanoid form. Taking a leaf from her Awakening Classes and using those sorts of weapons, maybe her specials could activate the Dragonstone.

Here's what I was thinking of:

Side Smash- Back Flip
Similar to Fox Side Smash but weaker and with electric effect

Up Smash- Upward Headbutt
Similar to Mario's Up Smash but with electric effect

Down Smash- Electric Pulse
Electric waves come from pichu

Side Special- Volt Tackle
A combination of Wario's Side Special and Fox' Up Special/Side Special

Up Special- Support
Two Pidgey Carry Pichu Upwards doesn't fall helplessly afterwards

Down Special- Thunder Wave
Similar to DK' Down Special but stuns

Neutral Special- Charge
Increases the damage and knockback of all specials and down smash,
has contact damage and works similar to Mewtwo's Neutral Air while in midair

Forward Air- Headbutt
Swings his head downward, earlier frames can meteor smash

Down Air-
Swings tail downward meteor smashes opponents, some start lag but a quick attack

Down Throw- Sweet Kiss
Pushes off the opponent using a small electric current, using this throw leaves the opponent confused afterwards

All other Aerial, Throws, Pummel, Tilts, etc would stay the same, and only Volt tackle has recoil damage
