cavities and other serious dental issues can still arise despite proper hygiene, sillygoose!
op aside from herbal and medicinal remedies, focus your attention to something relaxing to ease the pain. play a simple game, read a book, listen to music that you enjoy a lot, watch a television series, etc.
ibuprofen and acetaminophen have always been friends of mine during times of physical pain. don't overdo it though and don't take any on an empty stomach or after having alcohol
i don't condone underage drinking. just wanted to put a note there in case

Oh, I didn't need to remove teeth for that, I just had 2 extra teeth that I couldn't hold, and the other 2 were Baby teeth that never fell out, they just got pushed forward by my adult teeth, So I needed to get them removed forcefully.

i see, i had a similar experience with some baby teeth that refused to fall out but they followed suit after the adult teeth started to push their way forward ah yes i forgot the 7 wisdom teeth every human being on the planet grows at the same time _________________

Atleast you guys don't have a tooth that looks like it was dug out with dynamite and another that's almost completely buried under gums.

Yeah I had that problem. It was pretty cool though. They numbed it with an injection and just kind of slipped it out just like that. Had to let the blood drip out onto a container for a while and hold a cloth to it for 3 hours but at least it's gone.
