I dunno, Wiggler just seems like a strange choice. Lakitu however, I agree with since he's pretty much been in the series since the beginning. Its about time they made him playable.

Characters aren't the bulk of the content, the tracks are. MK7 has some of the best tracks in the series.

If he appears, would you guys like it if Marth received an english voice actor or do you guys still want him just to speak japanese?

I personally feel that it would be weird to hear Marth speaking english especially since most everyone is used to hearing him speak Japanese. Though I suppose its also weird that he'd still be the only Japanese speaker among the cast. And also weird (to me) if they recycled his voice clips from Melee again (if they did that). If they update his voice track, then he will likely get an English voice. At least thats how I see it happening.
Its not like they cant give him an English voice, I mean, they gave one to Pit. Even if Pit never had a VA previously.

I've never played that godawful game, but I'm pretty sure no one actually talks. You're probably watching LP's that talk for the characters. And if you think the voice actor of crybaby Shinji is sexy, then you need to get your hearing checked.
