This is an inherently bad idea as Pichu does not live very long as it stands due to how light he is, and it severely limits his comeback mechanic by making him deal himself 50% in order to activate Discharge Mode

If Pichu could reach Discharge Mode faster with self-inflicted electric attacks, then yeah, that'd work better, but this idea as it stands is a pretty substantial nerf as Pichu will almost certainly be dead before he reaches that sweet 50% electric damage he'd need

im just saying i like it conceptually, the idea of his gimmick being tied to the actual electricity and not being just damage based

changing to his ultimate voice is a welcome change
at the same time, i still feel surprised they did this early.
i thought the devs would, like, wait one more year/few more patches before they can make that change.

Pichu now has two dashes on his Discharge Agility.
Both with the ridicolous hitbox.
This is a huge buff, as now pichu actually has a REALLY good recovery with Discharge.
