How did you find the place?

Well, initially I was hyping up for the newly announced Smash Bros, and I was researching Smash Bros in general when I came across Super Smash Flash, sometime in September of '08 if memory serves. I enjoyed the game, but soon grew bored of it. I noticed it had a link to the website, and decided to check it out. Here I discovered SSF2, and I was impressed with the vast amount of improvements to the game in general. I discovered the forum, and as it being my first forum, I was curious to find out how things worked and such. I lurked for a good three months or so. I remember, I went to go write something on the website, but the board said 'you have to be logged in to post', or something along those lines. That led me to create my account.

Why are you here? Why are you still here?

Well, a while after joining (and being inspired to sprite, seeing the rest of the spriters of the forum) I aspired to become a developer. I took the appropriate steps to becoming one, and did so. I enjoy pitching into the project, and helping it grow. Recently I was allowed the rank of Basic Mod, which also ties my dedication to the site down even further. I don't see myself leaving MG anytime in the foreseeable future, especially now that the moderators trust me with some portion of the site's safety.

Pretty much everyone here will say SSF in some form. I mean s***, we didn't come because of that School cartoon.

I /believe/ I started coming here about six years ago. Because of SSF.

..Now that I think about it, though, I have no idea if six is right. It feels like I was here in 6th grade, but I also think I came during the hype for Brawl (Which would've only been ~4 years back)

I came here on feb 25th,the demo for ssf2 was still 0.7,so I didn't know this place existed untill I randomly played a ssb flash game.
