Calling this. I speculate Frieza to be a rep for the Dragon Ball series.

Not really. I'm thinking that some Konami characters(Bill Rizer, Simon Belmont, Solid/Naked Snake) have a great chance for appearing.

I mean not really, I'm sure he'll make it in the game, but the newer characters, especially ones that would never make into a Smash game, are more exciting and I would speculate higher priority for the devs.

I wouldn't be surprised if Luigi was an unlockable in the finished project

I hope Weegee is coming. He is my main in other games.

I'm hoping for Waluigi. he'd have a pretty interesting moveset.

I speculate that some of the characters from the old roster may not have been immediately replaced, leaving room for a Smash 4 character.



If there will be a second KH rep, Riku is the most likely choice. Unless the devs prefer to add a villain, or a surprise. I wouldn't mind seeing Roxas or Riku, though a random Heartless(?) probably has no chance to get in. The closest would probably be if Master Xehanort or Ansem Seeker of Darkness get in, since they'd have the Guardian Heartless involved in their movesets. I'd like to see Master Xehanort, or maybe Terra(with Terra-Xehanort final form). A KH villain, Vanitas or Riku would be a great second rep for KH, they could be given a Dark focused moveset to contrast with Sora.

I prefer a Heartless over Riku simply cause the devs can use more creativity making a moveset for a Heartless than Riku. A Heartless with powers based on the other types of Heartless would makes for an interesting moveset(think Chibi-Robo) than anyone playable 'cause everyone playable plays the exact same way as Sora. I live with a two sisters who are borderlining obsessed with Kingdom Hearts(one of them well past that),and because of this I've been forced to play every single KH game ever made(God forbid when 2.5 comes in the mail ). They can change Riku's specials, but in the end he'd play almost exactly like Sora and would essentially be a simi-clone to Sora; which the devs want/should stray as far away from as possible. Of course this is just my opinion

On that note, I'd really like to see Toon Link and Gannondorf with original movesets.

Like Crusade.
