I considered posting this thought there, but my opinions were not specific and the main focus of this post was my declaration about my participation in online play.
Once I compile a clear understanding about what is tearing me apart I'll post constructive thoughts in the character section. _________________  Rem is my main. Kinda looks like Tails doesn't she? |

I'm the opposite, i feel as if the new dair and fair have actually given me the ability to combo, and the shorter jumps have helped me dair consistently very well. Ehh, online has gotten even worse. I'm so glad the devs added a remember me box at the sign in screen, but after that, things just go downhill from there. Every person I played so far has had lag (even the ones with good connection) and desyncs are still everywhere. And I thought that we would be able to play more than just 2 matches. Hopefully v1.0 will have better online but until then, we'll just have to stick with what we got.
But aside from online, the patch is good overall. _________________  |

This. Online is so much worse, many matches were almost unplayable with lag, and freezes/desyncs are much more frequent. While I like the balancing changes to the characters, online in this patch is worse than the previous one. _________________ Mains __ Secondaries __ 3DS FC: 3540-1270-5229 |

please don't play online if you have AOL don't make us filter you out /:
desyncs/freezes are being looked into, but yeah, the adjustment for input lag is the reason the game is graphically choppy on slower connections. 4 frames smooths it out graphically with more delay, 3 frames lets it be more responsive with more choppy graphics. it was either one or the other. |

If that is the case, then we may have to revert back to the original online. While the previous online still had desyncs and lag, it was more stable than this online. If you guys can't find out what the issue is, then that will be the better option. _________________ |

we're not just going to revert it, that wouldn't solve anything - just know that on a slower connection (something we have no control over) you will experience graphical choppiness. the desyncs are completely unrelated.
that being said, in the future the game might have to do some kind of calculation to decide if your connection is too slow for the 3 frame delay. |

Oh, you were that DK? Sorry I did that to you lol, didn't think I'd pull off that many 0-deaths with Peach. Now that DK is.....balanced its a lot easier for Peach. GGs though. Can't believe I lost to your Kirby, lucky hammer kill, I had that one in the bag :p |
