So that's why I can't do it on sm4sh. I find Pac-Man way more better on ssf2 than sm4sh. I think his smash attacks are faster on this as well. His grab is still crap. And thanks telling me about the signature

At least his grab works now, having a "Grab Box" at basically every frame while the beam is moving

i was just playing a peaceful cpu game with pac-man until some s*** happened rename the rar to ssfrec, the weird thing starts when Pac-Man is at 99% and we're both still on 4-stocks

What I can gather from that; This is actually two seperate glitches! Hydrant lands on Randall, since Randall is moving the Hydrant moves with it Randall goes in the stage, but since the stage's collision is in the way of the Hydrant, the Hydrant warps up. This is Glitch 1. Glitch 2 is when Bandana Dee tries grabbing the ledge, since the Hydrant is in the way (And the Hydrant is a solid object) Bandana Dee warps into the stage Testing it out, I rolled as far left as I could (Without using Randall) and placed a Hydrant, and this happened Same effect, but he got pushed the other way Doing any sort of ledge movement causes the animation to play, but they just fall down whilst doing it (1.0.2 Doubles Tactic confirmed, falling Ledge Attack, the easiest of stagespikes) And it seems to work on any stage, but only specific characters (Seems to be a height-related thing? Smaller characters like Black Mage and Yoshi fall down whilst taller ones like Marth and Bowser stay on, but when they do Ledge actions they warp ontop of the Hydrant) and on characters like Yoshi it completely cripples them (Since if they do a ledge-attack to try and hit the hydrant, they most likely will be too far down to make it back by the time the attack animation is over) Hmmm...

As a Pac-Main, Pac-Man feels generally better than his Smash 4 Counterpart in terms of feel and neutral, but I do have a few concerns... 1) Some pretty dope combos have been terminated because of: Bonus fruits, and sometimes even Pac-Man himself not riding on the hydrant water spurts. (Glitch?) This takes away many of Pac's flashier combos, such as z-drop key into wave and then grab as a kill setup. or maybe z-drop key into wave and then side B offstage to kill. The way Pac interacts with the hydrant himself. Using side B to destroy the hydrant, which is very useful in Sm4sh, is a bit harder in SSF2 because of how Pac reacts to the hydrant when he runs into it. Key doesn't keep going in a straight line after hitting the hydrant...what... WHATFruits don't linger around as long as it does in Sm4sh, making quite a few of the setups obsolete because the fruit just goes away, instead of maybe continue the combo or finish it off. Makes it even harder for Pac-mains to come up with any semi-reliable kill confirm. 2) Side B's Recovery angle has to be more precise in order to actually snap to the ledge. I've tried to side b to recover (as per usual) and then actually bump into the wall and die (lmao), so I've lost a few online rounds simply because side b turned on me. 3) Galaxian. Just... Galaxian. (regrabbing, zdropping, looping again after being thrown a second time, etc.) 4) His grab becuase MEME I think that's it. No wonder he's low/bottom tier LMFAO

Pac-Man isn't that great. The reason most people lose to him is ignorance of the character. There of aspects of this character that can easily be counter played, but people just don't do it.
