When I'm on a game or doing something like that, such as a video or a Wiki, my screen tends to seemingly glitch up. I don't know how to explain it TOO well, but if you ever used a sharpen color tool on an editing program, it has that sorta effect in random parts of the screen, almost like a fuzzy TV screen.
It becomes problematic after a while and it does it constantly. I was watching Elfen Lied and it constantly did it when it was in fullscreen. If I try to screenshot it, it won't make it in and everything will display normally.
Any ideas? (If it helps, it's a laptop.)

Can you try to take a video
From what I hear, it might just be your monitor screwing up if you can't screeny it. Try on another monitor and see if the problem persists

It's on a laptop, so I can't try that.

Can you plug your laptop into another monitor, and continue using it to see if the problem still persists?

I'm pretty sure with the correct cord you can hook it up to your desktop and use your laptop on the big screen
