So this is how the "replacing user with other" thing can be done. (In the game involving anonymous, it was first Termin X, then Hakker, then Blue)

Is there a way to tell everyone they can lock their own topics? This occurs repeteadly, and it gets annoying sometimes.
A: "I'm here"
B: "Welcome"
A: "This has been inactive for a while... Requesting Lock."
B: "You can lock it yourself."
C: "Really, I've been a member for 3 months and I didn't know that."
A: " Locking~"

You could say, " Hello and welcome to the forums! This topic will get old, and you're going to have to lock it. Don't know how? When posting, click Lock Topic at the bottom!" And then you're done.
