I am new to these forums. So if I do anything wrong, I apologize in advance.
I have been playing the web browser version of ssf2 and ssf1 for a couple of years now, and have only just noticed that you can download the game. The only problem is, is that I lag alot. I have a gaming computer that runs almost every game with an absurd amount of frames and was wondering how to cap the game to 60fps instead of 30. I have seen people do this in the past and really want to play the game to it's full potential.

As of now, there isn't really any way to make the game 60fps, but if you want to play it smoothly, put the quality settings to minimum. It will disable alot of graphical effects, but the game will run faster.

you can't, you'll have to deal with the 30fps. the developers would have to go to every fighter (mind you, over 40) and take every animation and change the frame on which they came out.
