I'd definitely still be willing to work with the SSF2 devs if they were to reach out to me about it.
Hell, if they're not comfortable with me working with the team (for whatever reason), but they like the base....they could just take that and do their own thing with it. Although they very well might be fine with the one currently in game, or could even have a better resprite in the works. Obv I have no way of knowing lol.
