a problem for the offline version of super smash flash 2

Post a problem for the offline version of super smash flash 2
there is a problem at the offline version of the ssf2 the game desynced and it doesn't show the loading percentage please help! is there like a problem with my pc or the flash player? my flash player is flash player 17. I think it's because a flash player that is associated with ssf2 is outdated.
new update came out and it's not showing the percentage at all after it was desynced.
